Today

Today is a good day. You are alive. Therefore it is a good day. A day in which you have memories to make and experiences to enjoy. If the day is difficult for you it is because you have allowed negativity to weigh you down. So firstly, as you lie in bed, having woken, stretch your body, your arms, your legs, your torso. Move and allow endorphins to begin to move within you. Now you are feeling more active and a tiny bit more positive. Concentrate on your body not your mind. Come to a standing position watching your body. See how it moves. Regardless of its physical abilities, fitness or health, it is still a marvellous machine. See how it compensates for the physical differences you have discovered. See how it wants to live and enjoy life. The muscles contract and relax. The blood flows around your system. You have a wonderful vehicle in which to enjoy your physical life. It is time to go outside, feel the breeze, smell the air and know there are many ways to experience and enjoy life, both big and small. All are relevant. You do not have to travel the world or bungee jump. You need only take one step outside your door and breathe and be grateful. Allow your perception to be more focused on your body……..and your space and the ground you walk on. Your enjoyment will grow, especially when the distant news of someone else’s traumatic life is no longer uppermost in your thoughts. Help those around you but do not allow your mind to be overwhelmed/overtaken by negative thoughts concerning another’s lifestyle. That is their story…….not yours. You need to focus and live in Your present, Your gift of Now.

However you choose to live and whoever you choose as lover, friend, confidante, family member, work colleague, know that each person is important to your life. Even the person you briefly meet in the street. They all have a part to play whether acknowledged in your lifetime or unacknowledged. As the overall vibration that you walk within is in constant flux and flow as you move from situation to situation, from person to person. The equilibrium of your energy depends on the balance you maintain. A positive outlook and constant awareness of your energy balance ensures that the negative energy you encounter will not permanently mark your psyche. As you flow through the physical world you will not attract the negative but only the positive as you maintain positivity. Recognise when you have picked up some negativity and release it as soon as possible. Your outlook and your perception is important in this. And there is much you can do to maintain the balance of your psyche for the duration of your life cycle. Keep your focus positive. Allow the negative thought to pass through your mind weightless as a cloud, unable to anchor in place. Allow it to flow across your mind without your interest and let it go. In the physical when you experience a trauma or a negative emotional condition, do not allow it to anchor within your psyche. Acknowledge it, regard it, know it is not your story as yours is a positive story. Allow it to be what it needs to be but do not allow yourself to be weighed down by it. Find the positive in the moment, in the physical, which then allows you to live a full balanced life with a positive outlook. Then, despite the day being difficult to begin with, you will be in the habit of always looking for and finding the positive in every moment and any despair or darkness you feel will be fleeting.

We have given these words to you to aid mankind in its furtherance of its search for absolute truth in life and its physical and mental existence. The words are there for use, for questioning, for further understanding, for the querent to look deep within themselves and find answers. The way forward is signposted. See how these words feel. How they sound in your mouth, how they feel in your body. How your psyche responds to them. Hopefully your vibration will send the message to your intellect that says, “I hear you. I know you. This resonates in my mind, body and soul. My intellect will catch up”. And so it is. Your mental thought may deny what your body and instinct feel is true. Hopefully these words will resonate and you will respond positively. For those who have difficulty with them……it is good to question, to want to understand, as you are being true to yourself and what is right for you. But please do not reject the words due to societal norms or a culture clash or a feeling that you must not read on as it would challenge your thought patterns. We wish all of humanity to take a step forwards, a step up in vibration. It is being achieved in many ways and this is one of them. These words may reach a few or many but they have the power to change ideas and engender new concepts. New positives in a life which will stay constant. New rock for new foundations. The person who writes them does not realise the consequences of these words. That they may change a life for the positive, drag a person from the negative and shield another from the anxieties of the world. All these are aids towards a finer, happier, more joyous vibration that comes from a greater understanding of one’s position in life and that one’s perception can only be just that…..one perception.
